Product Description
James Suckling ReviewRated 96
Golden apple, yellow plums, and a touch of banana peel followed by chamomile tea leaves, hawthorn, browned toast and seductive sweet baking spices. Medium- to full-bodied and creamy textured with soft acidity that beautifully balances out the wine. Very precisely framed with underlying herb and mineral layers. Aged for 11 months in 60% new French oak. Predominantly from the vineyards in Oakville. Drink or hold.
Wine Tasting Notes
Rich, vibrant, creamy and expressive, this well-balanced, luscious Beringer Private Reserve Napa Chardonnay is classically Californian with aromas of citrus blossom, lemon curd, honeysuckle and creme brulee, supported by flavors of tropical fruits, like pineapple, mango and tangerine. A delicate touch of well-integrated oak shows notes of brioche and apple pie spice, leading to a pleasing, mouth-watering lengthy finish.
