VinoUS Media ReviewRated 93
The 2019 Chardonnay Dance was sourced from two great sites: the French Creek vineyard, east of Prosser, and the Boushey vineyard in the Yakima Valley. The gorgeous nose shows white peach and brioche with shades of lemon zest. The palate is dense and polished with gobs of finesse and an exceedingly long finish. Gorgeous to savor in its youth, this has another decade of life ahead of it, and it will evolve to show nutty and earthy tones as it cellars. Drinking Window 2021-2033.
Winemaker Gilles Nicault has experimented with Chardonnay since the beginning of the Long Shadows collaboration to perfect a proprietary fermentation process and stye found in this wonderfully expressive wine.
