A deep, dark color and powerful aromas of black currant and dark chocolate lead to huge, ripe flavors of blackberry and boysenberry. This is a full-bodied, jammy and lavishly tannic wine. Best through 2028.
Wine Tasting Notes
Most notably used in Bordeaux style blends, this Michael David Inkblot Lodi Petit Verdot makes an enticing statement all on its own. With a deep violet hue in the glass, layered aromas of fig jam and Bing cherry are complemented by velvety tannins and voluptuous dark berry flavors on the palate, all which carry the wine to an oak-laced, drawn out finish. A rich, weighty full-bodied red!
