The finish is a touch spicy and framed by mild acidity. This is a Pedroncelli Friends Sonoma White Wine to enjoy on its own or with dishes that bring on the heat like curried chicken or Thai prawn salad. A proprietary blend of Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
