Product Description
VinoUS Media ReviewRated 94
The 2012 Extra Brut Cuvée Millésime Grand Cru is shockingly tight for a Champagne from this warm, dry year. Lemon peel, white pepper, mint and crushed rocks abound. If tasting blind, I would never have guessed this to be a Pinot-based Champagne, such is its freshness and drive. Dosage is 2 grams per liter. Disgorged: January, 2021. Drinking Window 2022-2030.
Wine Tasting Notes
R. H. Coutier Extra Brut Grand Cru Champagne displays a radiant golden hue and exudes a distinct "pinot" aroma reminiscent of cherries. Its palate is opulent and velvety, boasting a generous amount of creaminess. The Chardonnay contributes to its refreshing and enduring finish, characterized by a pleasant acidity and well-defined structure. The harmonious blend of ripe fruit notes adds to its allure, making it an irresistibly charming sparkling wine.
