Tasting NotesSince its origin in the early 1990's, Lemon Drops have meant something: stay a little longer, smile a little brighter, let the sun shine in. We make ours with pure cane sugar and bittersweet Eureka lemons. Using a unique kettle-batch process, we rapidly heat and quickly cool our product in a bath of icy water to preserve the flavor and vibrant color. Two opposites colliding... sweet nirvana.
