Takara Plum
I don't drink much wine because most of it tastes roughly the same, but I have found dessert "fruit" wines to be the wines worth drinking. And this wine is no exception. I had a glass at the Thai restaurant "Saladang" in Pasadena, CA. It was perfect. Rich, flavorful taste, wonderful smell, smooth in the mouth and going down, like silk, and the best part of all: no bitter aftertaste. After the first sip I drank the whole glass in a couple of minutes, and drank another shortly after. It was expensive at the restaurant, but not so here! If there is one wine I'd prefer to get drunk off of, it's this one. I think I'm going to take the train down to the L.A. retailer right now, because I don't feel like waiting days to drink this top notch booze.
