West Cork Irish Stout Cask Matured Irish Whiskey is a blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Black's of Kinsale Stout to give an aroma of chocolate, raisins and cracked nuts and a taste of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla.
