James Suckling ReviewRated 98
Very generous, broad and structured, this wine tells a story about pinot noir history in Sonoma. Packed with red and black cherries, raspberries, cloves and cinnamon and held by firm, polished tannins for a nice grip in the texture. Made from vines planted in 1970, of mixed California heritage clones planted as a massal selection. Drinkable now and best from 2029.
