This Variant Series Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with Zinfandel and Merlot. This is a very popular California blend style of the wellstructured Cabernet Sauvignon, lightly oaked, soft tannins, and fruit forward, with a touch of Zinfandel to support the fruit and add a bit of spice. The result is a full bodied wine with lots of fruit. A small addition of Merlot enhances the mid-palate.
